Terms of Use

Shippy helps you track parcels and delivery updates across carriers. Tracking events, ETAs, translations, maps, and carrier detection are informational and can be delayed or incomplete depending on carrier and provider data.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for only importing shipment information you are allowed to access. You can delete your account from Settings.

Premium features

Premium features can include higher parcel limits, notifications, Amazon import, widgets, translation, and other advanced tracking tools. Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple, Stripe, and entitlement providers where applicable.

Amazon import

Consumer Amazon order history is not exposed through a general public consumer API. Shippy therefore supports Amazon import through user-authorized mailbox connections, forwarding inboxes, pasted shipment emails, and tracking links.

Acceptable use

Do not use Shippy to access someone else's account, mailbox, shipment, or personal information without permission. Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, abuse tracking providers, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Support

If something looks wrong, contact support with the affected tracking number, carrier, and approximate time of the issue. Avoid sending passwords or full payment details.
