Delivered, but you cannot find the parcel?

A delivered scan is useful evidence, but it does not tell you where to look unless you read the accompanying details.

Open the delivery details

Read the recorded date, time and any available location, photograph or recipient information on the official carrier page. Shippy may not receive every proof-of-delivery field. Do not assume a missing photograph means no delivery was made.

Check safe, relevant places

Check the delivery location you authorised, household members and any building reception arrangements that apply to your address. Do not enter another property or confront a stranger on the basis of a tracking event. If a detail does not match your delivery, keep a note for the enquiry.

Verify the address with the sender

Compare your order confirmation and dispatch reference. If the address or reference is wrong, explain that to the sender. A tracking app cannot correct a label, retrieve a parcel or make a compensation decision.

Use an official enquiry route

Use the sender’s or carrier’s official website and current process. Avoid payment links in unsolicited “redelivery” messages. Keep unredacted tracking numbers, delivery photos and addresses out of public social posts and review screenshots. This guide does not promise a refund or set a universal claim deadline.

Check the copied reference first.

The free browser-only checker helps with spaces, hidden formatting and copied links. It does not validate a carrier’s reference or look up a parcel. Open the format checker.
